Bill was great to work with. He took the time to work with me every step of the way. I never felt pressured to lower my price for a quick sale. In the end my place had some unique challenges to sell due to some pending special assessments.  Bill never lost his positivity about the sale. He must have shown it to over 100 people during that time. We ended up getting the sale for the top price per square foot in the complex. I owe that to Bill and his hands on approach to marketing and his patience with the process. Highly recommend, would definitely use Bill again in the future.
