Biography

Before Bill was a professional real estate consultant he was dreaming of a career in digital media.  He pursued his dream at the Vancouver Film School and received a certificate in New Media.  He quickly discovered that sitting if front of a computer for hours on end was not the dream he was looking for.  Being around people was more inspiring and motivating to Bill.  For years Bill worked in management rolls at resorts before finally having an exciting career on a luxury tour train as a commentator.  Sometimes Bill was on the road for over 20 days at a time meeting people from all over the world and telling Canada’s story.  It was this position that enabled Bill to purchase his first condo in Kitsilano.  The real estate industry was intriguing to Bill.  Bill started to research the industry and talked to other successful agents.  This was it!  He was starting to believe that this is the industry for him.  He got his license over ten years ago and has not looked back.  Bill had found his dream and built up a remarkably successful real estate business.  His past experiences through managing, public speaking and digital marketing have really set him apart from the rest.  With these skills Bill has designed programs, processes and protocols to help sellers, buyers and investors build their wealth in real estate.  This pattern is evident in the plethora of written testimonials from his past clients.  Bill is grateful and thank full to be working as a real estate consultant, living his dream, and helping many amazing clients from all over Metro Vancouver.
